We are delighted to be joined by MasterChef: The Professionals star Luke Phillips for an evening of delicious food, wine and light-hearted conversation. As well recently staring on television, Luke is the very talented Sous Chef from our sister property Chewton Glen, for one night only you can indulge in his stunning Chinese influenced menu at Hans' Bar & Grill. 

Arrive at 7pm on Wednesday, 27 February for drinks and canapés, enjoy a three course dinner with accompanying wines, followed by coffee and petit fours.


Puff pork skin with hoisin sauce
Cured salmon with salmon caviar
Pork and prawn dumpling, honey and ginger dressing

Toasted cumin sourdough with Blox’s Cultured butter
Hand dived scallops, fennel, coastal herbs, puff rice and finger lime dressing
Glazed duck, soured plums, charred Chinese cabbage and sweet potato

Tickets are priced at £99 per person, including arrival drink, dinner, wine paired with starter and main course and conversation with Luke.
