27th February: Nyetimber English Wines

As England’s leading producer of sparkling wine, Nyetimber crafts exceptional wines using estate-grown grapes from vineyards across the south of England. Planted on greensand and chalk soils, the vines benefit from a cool climate that allows for slow ripening, creating the perfect balance of acidity, complexity, and finesse.

Their winemakers carefully assess each vineyard to ensure optimal harvest timing, gentle pressing, and precise vinification. 27th March: Women in Wine

In celebration of International Women's Month this March, this month's Wine Dinner will focus on Women in Wine, featuring Montevetrano - a female-owned wine brand from Italy's Campania region. Montevetrano specialises in Aglianico, Greco, and Fiano grapes, as well as Bordeaux blends.
